Wait at least 1 – 2 hours after eating before beginning a sauna session.
Stay hydrated before, during and after your sauna session.
20 – 40 minutes per sauna session is recommended. Start with 20 minutes, 2 – 3 times per week and increase to a maximum of 40 minutes.
Sauna apparel. Light weight shorts and tee shirt is ok, swim suit or birthday is better. Do not use skin lotions or oils during the sauna session.
