Foundations
- This class combines a Vinyasa flow with attention given
to proper alignment, as well as the muscles used during the
postures. Beginners, as well as intermediate students, who
wish to obtain a more detailed understanding of their posture
while flowing through the sequences will benefit from this
class. 75 minutes.
All
Levels - An improvisational free flow, vinyasa
class. All welcome, beginner, intermediate or advanced with
safe options for everyone. 90 minutes
Happy Hips-
a flowing, playful exploration of the hip joint. Strong and open hips form acritical foundation in every yoga practice, enabling access to more advanced postures while protecting the lower back and knees. This class combines yinyoga, a vigorous standing sequence and a series of seated postures focusing on hip extension, flexion, abduction, adduction, internal and external rotation, suitable for all levels. 60 mins
Slow
Flow - This class is a Vinyasa flow class geared
towards beginners and intermediate students. It is an inspirational,
challenging class, with a focus on physical flow matched
with breathing to achieve a graceful, slow & light feeling.
