Vinyasa - A Vinyasa flow yoga class performed in
a heated room. The intention is to warm and stretch muscles,
ligaments and tendons in a healthy progressive order. The
elevated room temperature promotes detoxification, burns
calories, decreases tension, boosts the immune system and
helps prevent injury. beginners to advance.
Ashtanga
Primary Series - called Yoga Chikitsa, or "yoga
therapy" in Sanskrit, the Primary Series of Ashtanga
Yoga is a specific sequence of postures designed to align
the body and help protect and rehabilitate it from injury,
while freeing the senses. 90 minutes. All Levels
Slow
Flow - This class is a Vinyasa flow class geared
towards beginners and intermediate students. It is an inspirational,
challenging class, with a focus on physical flow matched
with breathing to achieve a graceful, slow & light feeling.

Fusion
Flow - A slow flow class combining fuctional-training
movements and the use of props to enhance alignment, strength
and stability. 60 minutes. All Levels
Jivamukti
- A vigorous and challenging form of vinyasa asana practice
(flowing postures), infused with an inspiring musical soundtrack,
where original scriptures are cited. Sanskrit is chanted
and meditation is part of every class.
Meditation
- Learn & practice techniques to reduce stress, anxiety,
blood pressure and increase wellbeing.
